Jessica De Lasaux decided to make the leap from yoga student to instructor in 2015 when she began training with her teacher, Janet Stone.  Janet's profound teachings changed Jessica's life, she now refers to her life as "Before Janet and After Janet."  Feeling the pull of the motherland, Jessica traveled to India and upon her return completed her initial 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification.  Jessica approached her role as teacher with the desire to share the gift of yoga that was bestowed upon her by offering free yoga in the park, merging her love of nature.

An eternal student, Jessica's sequences assist the  human form towards finding homeostasis.  She guides her students towards finding their yogi breath and requests that everyone explore their own unique alignment and find the intention behind each asana pose.

*Jessica earned an additional 100 hour Therapeutic Yoga certification from Harvey Deutch from Yoga Tree, Potrero Hill and is currently attending a 1,000 hour, three year training, to become certified as a Yoga Therapist.
